Builder website design in Limerick

A Georgian core where a protected structure decides what is possible, a single council since the 2014 merger, and estates in Raheen and Castletroy where every second house is thinking about the same extension.

Three weeks from go ahead to live, and about ninety minutes of your time: one call, twelve photographs, one read through.

One routing key, six named areas, four towns

Places your site can be built to cover, never a list of builder jobs anyone has done in them.

The awkward bits

The things you say before you say yes

Protected structures are more trouble than they pay

They are also work most firms will not quote, which is why they pay. One page saying you work on a protected structure, what usually needs consent and how long it has taken, brings the owner who has already been turned down twice and has stopped shopping on price.

People still talk about city and county council

They do, and it has been one authority since the 2014 merger. Saying so on the page is a small thing that reads as somebody who works here rather than somebody who copied a template — and it saves the customer a phone call to the wrong office.

One postcode key, so what does coverage mean?

Places and drive time. V94 covers all of the city and tells you nothing about which side, so the page names Castletroy, Dooradoyle, Raheen and Caherdavin, and adds Kilmallock or Newcastle West only if you genuinely go there.

One bad job follows you around here

It does, which is why the page should say what you will not take on as plainly as what you will. Turning down the job you would have rushed is cheaper than the review that follows it, and a website is the only place you can turn it down before anybody has rung.

What you get

The pages your site needs

A page per job, never a page per suburb.

Extensions

The sequence of the job, week by week, in your own words.

Loft conversions

A different buyer from an extension, so a different page.

Renovations

Dates and sequence matter more than finished photographs.

Groundwork and foundations

The part nobody photographs and everybody worries about.

Structural alterations

Where building control and a calculation enter the conversation.

Garden rooms and garages

The faster jobs that keep a team busy between the big ones.

What each of these pages has to do

The one question your form must ask

Do you have drawings yet?

It sorts a customer who is ready to book from one who is eighteen months out, and both are worth having.

One thing about Limerick worth checking

Checkable, like the rest of this page. Here is where we read it.

Limerick City and County Council has been a single authority since Limerick City Council and Limerick County Council merged in 2014, so the city-versus-county line that older coverage pages still draw is no longer an administrative boundary at all.

Beeforge is a small studio working across the UK and Ireland. There is no office in Limerick and we are not going to pretend otherwise — nothing here says we have worked in the city, only that we build for builders who do.

Straight answers

Questions we get asked most

How much does a website cost for a builder?
Ours come in under the price of a coffee a day and you get the number on the first call. Across the market a template is a few hundred pounds and a written site is several thousand. Whoever you use, ask for the five year total including hosting and changes.
Why is my building company not showing on Google Maps?
Almost always no Google Business Profile, one that was never verified by post or video, a business name and address that does not match your site, or no reviews at all. Fix them in that order. All four are free and all four beat a redesign.

Next step

Tell us your trade and the towns you cover

A straight yes, no, or not yet, within one working day.

Nothing to sign

No twelve month tie in, no exit fee and no notice period. Stop whenever you like and the site stays yours.

It is yours, in writing

Before you pay a penny we tell you who the domain is registered to, where the files sit, who holds the logins, and how to move the site elsewhere.

Your side of it is small

No copy to write and no hosting to work out. Answer questions for about an hour and a half and send twelve decent photos.
