Emergency callouts
Tap to ring, top of the screen, nothing in front of it.
A rental market big enough that most of your callers are not the owner, four different councils inside what everybody calls Dublin, and a customer who says Dublin 6W out loud while An Post routes on D6W.
Three weeks from go ahead to live, and about ninety minutes of your time: one call, twelve photographs, one read through.

The awkward bits
There are plenty of plumbers in Dublin already
There are, and the ones who get found are the ones with a page for each thing they do rather than one page saying they do everything. Boiler repair, bathroom fitting and drainage are three different searches by three different people, and one page cannot rank for all three.
Most calls come from agents and landlords, not owners
Then the first line of the form asks who they are. An agent needs a time, an invoice per address and somebody who answers on a Friday. An owner needs a price and a promise about the mess. Sorting them at the door saves you the conversation you keep having on the phone.
How far out should the page say I go?
Past the numbers, and say so. D01 to D24 stop well short of what you drive to — Swords is K67, Lucan K78, Blackrock and Monkstown A94, Malahide K36. A coverage page built on the Dublin numbers alone quietly turns down half the county.
Dublin is four councils, which one do I say?
Say all four, once, and then never again. Dublin City, Fingal, South Dublin and Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown stopped being one authority in 1994, and a homeowner does not know which one they are standing in. Naming them tells them you have dealt with all four planning offices without claiming a single job.
What you get
A page per job, never a page per suburb.
Tap to ring, top of the screen, nothing in front of it.
A form that asks size, access and timescale before it asks anything else.
Room for your Gas Safe number where a homeowner looks for it.
Written by symptom, because that is how it gets searched.
The small jobs that fill a quiet week and come back bigger.
A different buyer, a different page, and repeat money.
Is the water off right now?
One question, at the top, before anything else. It sorts an emergency from a quote in a second.
Checkable, like the rest of this page. Here is where we read it.
Dublin runs two address systems at once: the postal district numbers people say out loud — Dublin 4, Dublin 15, Dublin 6W — and the Eircode routing keys An Post routes on, D04, D15 and D6W. A form that asks only for “Dublin” collects neither.

Beeforge is a small studio working across the UK and Ireland. There is no office in Dublin and we are not going to pretend otherwise — nothing here says we have worked in the city, only that we build for plumbers who do.
