Fault finding
Tripping, dead sockets, flickering lights. The fastest page you own.
September is inspections and July is rewires, and both of them are decided by an agent looking at a screen rather than by a homeowner standing next to the problem. Write for the screen and the season looks after itself.

The awkward bits
The letting agents already have an electrician
They have one who was cheapest three years ago and who is now slow in August. Agents change on availability, not on price, and they change the week they cannot get hold of somebody. A page that names your turnaround for LS6 and LS4 is aimed at exactly that week.
Where does my registration number go?
Above the fold on the front page and on every service page, in text rather than as a badge image, because a homeowner comparing three quotes reads it and a search engine cannot read a picture. You supply it. We put it where it gets looked for.
Rewires are the money but nobody searches for them
They search for what makes them think about one: tripping sockets, a fuse board that looks old, a survey that flagged the wiring. Those are three pages that lead to the same job, and each of them is a search a homeowner in Meanwood or Armley actually types.
I cover a lot more than Leeds
Then the site has to say so in the towns' own words. Only LS1 to LS20 and LS25 to LS27 carry Leeds as the post town. Otley, Wetherby, Tadcaster, Pudsey and Ilkley have their own, and a man in Wetherby reading a page headed Leeds decides it is not for him and rings somebody else.
What you get
A page per job, never a page per suburb.
Tripping, dead sockets, flickering lights. The fastest page you own.
Bought after an inspection and searched for by name.
A buyer with a deadline and a five year clock.
What happens to the house while you are in it.
High value, and a page most local firms have not written.
Seasonal, uncontested, and easy to be first for.
Is it a fault or a planned job?
Faults want a phone number; planned work wants photographs, and mixing the two wastes both.
Checkable, like the rest of this page. Here is where we read it.
LS17, LS21, LS24, LS25 and LS29 cross out of Leeds into North Yorkshire or Bradford, so a job at the top of a Leeds firm's radius can sit under a different council's building control from one in LS6.

Beeforge is a small studio working across the UK and Ireland. There is no office in Leeds and we are not going to pretend otherwise — nothing here says we have worked in the city, only that we build for electricians who do.
