Fault finding
Tripping, dead sockets, flickering lights. The fastest page you own.
The charger work is in the 1930s semi belt where there is a drive, and the inspection work is in the terraces where there is not. Your website is deciding which of those two people finds you first.

The awkward bits
Chargers are the growth, but the leads all go to national firms
They go to whoever wrote a page about it. Most local firms have not written one at all, so a page named for the job, with a photograph of your own install and a line about what happens when the board is full, is competing against almost nobody in Sheldon or Great Barr.
Nobody knows what an EICR is until they need one
Landlords do, and they need one every five years for every property. That is a calendar you can be on rather than a call you wait for. A page written at agents in Selly Oak and Erdington, with turnaround and a flat per-property price given on the phone, books a season's work in one go.
How do I stand out in a city of a million people?
By being findable in a suburb rather than in Birmingham. Electrician Kings Heath, fuse board replacement B23, EICR Erdington. Those searches have a handful of firms in them and they bring somebody fifteen minutes away, which is the only kind of enquiry worth having.
Sutton Coldfield and Solihull are on my patch too
Then they are their own pages. Sutton Coldfield, Solihull, West Bromwich and Halesowen are separate post towns inside the same B letter, and nobody in any of them reads a page headed Birmingham as being about them. Four short pages beat one that claims everything.
What you get
A page per job, never a page per suburb.
Tripping, dead sockets, flickering lights. The fastest page you own.
Bought after an inspection and searched for by name.
A buyer with a deadline and a five year clock.
What happens to the house while you are in it.
High value, and a page most local firms have not written.
Seasonal, uncontested, and easy to be first for.
Is it a fault or a planned job?
Faults want a phone number; planned work wants photographs, and mixing the two wastes both.
Checkable, like the rest of this page. Here is where we read it.
There is no B22, B39 or B41. B26 and B36 are split between Birmingham and Solihull, B37 and B40 are Solihull outright, and B43 crosses into Sandwell and Walsall — so a Birmingham firm's coverage is a list of numbers, never a boundary.

Beeforge is a small studio working across the UK and Ireland. There is no office in Birmingham and we are not going to pretend otherwise — nothing here says we have worked in the city, only that we build for electricians who do.
